About the site:

The site offically opened on July 16, 2006 one day before my brother's birthday.I got hosted by Tammy at y-e.net. And about 8 months later I bought the domain at go-daddy.com and it is now turn-the-light.net. The sites consits of my blog and other info about me.It also have some graphics and icons made by me. During my freshmen and sophomore year Turn the Light wasn't updated as much as it was before mainly because of high school. But as of the Summer of 2009 Turn the Light is back =), while updates might be slow and I might not update as much I will always check on Turn the Light.

Why Turn the Light?

Well I couldn't really think of a name for the site and when I had a poll on Watch Me Now asking people which name they liked there was a tie and in the end my friends and my mom decided Turn the Light would be the best for it. And it is from the song No One by Aly and AJ Michalka. It was started as a freewebs then hosted to y-e.net and later moved to it's own domain and was done so in March of 2007. And I hope to keep the site online for many more years :].
