Here is a basic tutorial on how to make a simple blend on Adobe Photoshop CS

Step One: Open a new document and change the pixel size to the size that you want. For me it is going to be 550px by 350px. [CLICK HERE]


Step Two: Now open the pictures that you want to blend. For me it is going to be the two pictures of AJ Michalka. [CLICK HERE]

Step Three: Now that you have the pictures you want to blend open,click on the arrow and drag your picture onto the document that you had opened during the first step. [CLICK HERE] [CLICK HERE]

Step Four: Now that you have drag your pictures to the your document make sure your on the right layer before you start erasing the parts that you don't want. Once you have made sure click on the eraser tool and erase the parts that you don't want. [CLICK HERE] [CLICK HERE]

Step Five: There you have it, a good simple blend. If you want to add some effects to it or add text then I suggest you merge the layers together [CLICK HERE]
